Well.. I can only guess here. When an artist gets pruned by an art mod, then everyone he/she scouted will get unscouted too (automatically). Since harri21hi, the user who scouted you is no longer a scouted artist, it is most likely like I said. I think you could ask him if he knows why he was unscouted though I think that an art mod didn't find his art good enough for the art portal.
